At Goodwill, we help people with barriers to employment find meaningful work. Our employment specialists will do their best to put you to work in one of our locations, or help you find employment in the area.

Many of the people served by Goodwill are those with vocational disadvantages, such as: illiteracy, physical disabilities and mental disabilities, developmental disabilities, as well as, people who receive public assistance, those who have been abused, people who have difficulties with substance abuse, who have criminal backgrounds and those over the age of 55.

Goodwill-West Texas provides Work Adjustment Training. By working one on one with a mentor, this training program helps individuals build the foundation needed to find and maintain employment in the community.
