Our mission has been the same since 1983. We believe that jobs transform lives and strengthen communities. Throughout the past 40 years, we have harnessed the power of work to provide a hand up to people with disabilities and disadvantages. Thousands of lives have been impacted through employment at Goodwill and through our external mission programs.
