WHO WE ARE
Since 1983, Goodwill West Texas has been changing lives by providing opportunities for people with barriers to employment. Our mission is funded by the sale of donated goods in our retail stores, which include 14 stores and an e-commerce platform. We are a nonprofit organization governed by a local CEO and board of directors based in Abilene, and we serve a 35-county territory in West Texas.
It takes a variety of jobs, skills and people to help Goodwill run.

From sales associates, to cashiers, to donation door attendants and managers, it takes a variety of jobs to provide a best-in-class thrifting experience. Because our nonprofit is funded through the sale of donated goods, each retail team member makes an important contribution to our mission.
