Since our humble beginnings in 1983, we've been blessed to experience tremendous growth- growth made possible in large part to the many members who have served on our Board of Directors through years. Their wise counsel, steadfast support, and belief in our mission have helped shape the organization we have become.

 

At Goodwill West Texas, our people are the heart of our mission. 

 

We are proud to now employ over 450 dedicated team members across 15 locations, serving 35 counties throughout West Texas. Each person plays a vital part in helping us fulfill our mission as we serve the community and change thousands of lives each year through the power of work!

More than 60% of our team has a documented disability or disadvantage. Their resilience, talent, and commitment are the driving forces and inspiration behind everything we do. We are honored to be a part of an organization where people not only find opportunity, but choose to stay and grow- some since as far back as 1995.
